Now, before leaving, I left the Act on Economic Freedom of Ukraine, which I had in Georgia, and it was abolished by this government, as well as the fundamental package of health care reforms in Ukraine. I held a very influential position in Ukraine, moreover, I was in the Ipsos poll, for example, when people were asked, who they would like to see as the Prime Minister of Ukraine, i was number one, and moreover, I have twice refused to be Prime Minister of Ukraine under President Poroshenko, at least twice.

As to the material side, I have never been as good as I am in Ukraine. I had a house, a home, I had a high salary, I have respect, I have lectured all over the world, for example I lectured about the tax code to 600 millionaires and billionaires in the most luxurious resort in Mexico. And of course there was a lot of money paid for all these lectures.

So I put it all aside, I still temporarily refused everything and came to Georgia, where I knew for sure that I could be killed on the way, like Zviad Gamsakhurdia was, or put into dungeon, where I have minimal chance to get out alive, as we all have already seen. Probably too many people would say about all this that I am not sane, for what would make a person go through all the above-mentioned, to set aside everything, luxury, respect, position, in the biggest country of Europe and jump into the vortex from where the chance of being free is questionable.
