The third president released a statement from the Gori Military Hospital responding to rumours that he will be returned to Rustavi prison, as well as Nika Melia's summons to the SSG.

"These days the SSG is actively spreading rumours that I will be sent back to prison from Gori, despite the fact that the doctors are strongly against it. All this is done firstly to blackmail me and our activists, and secondly to divert attention and give the regime time to breathe.

This is also facilitated by Nika Melia's completely illegal and ridiculous summons to the SSG. Nika responded in a very correct and dignified manner.
