Lawyer of the Mtavari Channel Tamta Muradashvili clarifies that the claim of the regulatory commission against the Mtavari Channel has been returned to the city court, and that the commission wants the decision to be made in its favor and uses leverages for that end.

"It is clear that we are right and it is clear that the Commission wants the ruling to be in its favour and use's leverage. In this case, the court did not do so directly and there seems to be a mechanism to overturn the existing decision and return it to the first instance, after which it will make another decision.
