Wow, I didn't know such a position existed - Kaladze's irony over US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Erika Olson's critical statement.

The mayor was surprised by Olson's position today:

"Who met her? Who is she? Who are you talking about? What is her title? What the hell is a Deputy Assistant? Not even an assistant but a deputy assistant?? Wow, I didn't know such a position existed" says Kakha Kaladze.
