"Dictatorship declared in one day ... Journalists are forbidden to talk about information without naming the source" - Nika Gvaramia

Published:

"Dictatorship declared in one day," writes Nika Gvaramia in reference to the legislative initiatives that the Dream Parliament is addressing in an extraordinary session:

A dictatorship is declared in a single day:
They are abolishing the state inspector institute in an accelerated process;
Judges are forbidden to express an opinion otherwise they will be punished by a simplified quorum, this too, is an accelerated process.
And what news: Journalists are forbidden to talk about information without identifying a source, i.e. source confidentiality is dead.                                                                                                                                                  And let us come to our senses when they forbid us from cooking our food and drinking our wine, those of us who can still afford it, and those who do not die of starvation and the cold, unlike millions of our fellow citizens.
