Nika Gvaramia, the lawyer of Georgia's third president, responded to the brief report of the Public Defender's Council on Mikhail Saakashvili's state of health and said that the content of the document was very serious.

"It's what we expected. A very dire, in my opinion, conclusion of the Public Defender's Council. The fact that there is no improvement and there is no point of this council's visits until there is a change is natural, something we have been talking about for so long, just more measured," Nika Gvaramia said.
