Another trial on the so-called 7th November case has ended in the Tbilisi City Court. Evidence from the prosecutor's office was examined at today's hearing. In order to prove Mikheil Saakashvili's guilt, the investigating body released video clips, which have already gone viral on social networks and television.

According to lawyer Beka Basilaia, the evidence examined today does not prove the guilt of the third President, as the videos show the dialogues of officials, political issues, conversations with Badri Patarkatsishvili, which the public has already seen and heard openly.

As for the protest. According to Beka Basilaia, the footage of November 7 events is serious, but it includes misconduct of individual police officers, which has not been revealed by prosecutor's office over the years, and the person who gave the order has not been investigated.

Accordingly, according to Basilaia, today's trial once again confirmed that the case is political and has nothing to do with a legal dispute.
