Mtavari channel's cameras caught the perpetrator of the destroyed evidence from the Gori hospital. Davit Ghoniashvili, advisor to the director of the military hospital, whose testimony shows that he removed footage of the violent attempted transfer of Mikheil Saakashvili, is not answering questions.

Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyers say that Ghoniashvili was in fact is a planted agent by the SSG in the hospital.

The medical establishment says they do not know Ghoniashvili.

Ghoniashvili worked as an advisor to the hospital director during Malkhaz Urtmelidze's administration, but Urtmelidze has already been dismissed from the position. He confirmed the information to the Mtavari Channel himself. Now it is unknown who is in charge of the Gori Military Hospital.
