Mikhail Saakashvili's human rights defenders asked the judge at the beginning of the session to move the third president next to the the lawyers, and to continue the ongoing process especially because that sufficient security measures were taken and it would not create problems.

The judge did not agree to this request for security reasons, which human rights activists say is a political decision.

"Ivanishvili liked to talk to people from the other side of the glass, and he now mistakes himself for me. He likes reflective glass, he likes protection." Mikhail Saakashvili said.
