According to Tina Bokuchava, a member of the United National Movement, Minister of Foreign Affairs David Zalkaliani will be called to the Parliament on current issues in Ukraine. According to Tina Bokuchava, they want to discuss Georgia's membership strategy in the new North Sea, Baltic Sea and Black Sea cooperation format at the meeting of the commission.

"We have several other initiatives that we want to voice today, one of which is the summoning of the Minister of Foreign Affairs David Zalkaliani to the next meeting of the committee on foreign relations, against the background of Russian aggression in Ukraine and the new deterrence architecture from the West, a new reality is being created in the region, and this is a great opportunity that Georgia should take advantage of, but unfortunately, we see complete inaction on the part of the government," Tina Bokuchava said.

She said that even in this case, the opposition should take over the function of power and protect the national interests of the country.

"During the visit to Ukraine, it was decided to activate the parliamentary format of the Associated Trio Georgia-Moldova-Ukraine and to plan joint visits to the Baltic countries together with deputies of the Ukrainian Rada," he said.

According to Bokuchava, the Rada is also considering the creation of a commission to investigate the case of Mikheil Saakashvili. In addition, the UNM continues consultations with MPs in parliament to set up a commission of investigation.
