Nika Melia, chairman of the United National Movement, reviews the city council chairman election in Zugdidi on Facebook and writes that in the districts both the Georgian Dream government and the system of election fraud depend on local budgets, but in Zugdidi the Dream lost that advantage.

I am very well informed, probably even better than everyone else - how much pressure and blackmail was put on many of them in the last 3 months to split up and eventually leave the city council under the control of the Georgian Dream!

This is the Dream and the SSG style, that we know, by the example of Nugzar Putkaradze!

Our strategy has been announced, and where we don't have the votes of the UNM to block the Dream chairmen on our own, we will do so by any other means. The source of evil for us is the one-party Ivanishvili regime!

In Batumi, Mr. Nugzari and his friends were also ready to cooperate with all the parties to get rid of the Dream.

All the parties in Batumi together defeated the "Dream" and they became afraid. That's why they were enraged, not because the National Movement was coming to power in Batumi.

In Batumi, Nugzari's son is to win on April 2 and the Dream will lose their power there too.
What actually happened today? We all know that in addition to the SSG and the police, their management of the districts and the system of election fraud also depend on local budgets. Local budgets have become the wallets of those employed by the Dream.

ISPs and IPs, services, programs - this only finances dream activists, electoral structure and bribery. In Zugdidi, this hidden and "legitimized" wallet was lost in a dream.

The fact is - the "Dream" can no longer uncontrollably spend 46,000,000 of Zugdidi's budget on its kin and activists!
