According to him, disability means deprivation of means of thinking, deprivation of memory, limitation of means of movement - "a person in a wheelchair who cannot think".

According to the third president, foreigners know this too, and there have been proposals on the level of governments of several countries to take him out of Georgia for medical treatment.

"They also see what's going on in Georgia, the timeline of the declared murder is being carried out in Georgia on Putin's orders. This is a reality," Mikheil Saakashvili said.

Mikheil Saakashvili says he has not been allowed to see his personal doctor yet because if he comes, he will notice his condition worsening, which is obvious.
