"I do it deliberately to dispel all Russian-Chorvilan myths and show that it is worth sacrificing for the homeland... What I have served all my life, I am ready to sacrifice for, to the end" | Mikheil Saakashvili

"I am doing this deliberately to dispel all the myths debunked by Russia and show that something is worth sacrificing for the sake of Motherland... I am ready to sacrifice what I have served all my life," Georgia's third president Mikheil Saakashvili said at the 12th Prison in Rustavi.

His address is spread on the official Facebook page of Mikheil Saakashvili.

My Dutch doctor Dominik Voorhagen wrote: "Repeated hunger strike is categorically forbidden. It will lead to a repeated and already more severe stress, disruption of metabolism, electrolytes, enzymes and hormonal metabolism on the background of already weakened health, which in turn will lead to disturbances at tissue and cellular level, leading to irreversible and fatal consequences."

I put it here so that no one would think I don't know what I'm doing. I do it deliberately to dispel all those who think - "there is no one for the people", "everyone is for themselves", "nobody cares about this country" and other Russian-Chorvilan myths, and to show you, even at the cost of my own life, that sacrifice for the homeland is indeed worth it, and what I have served all my life I am ready to sacrifice to the end.

Some may find it pathetic and old-fashioned. If you see that the people you want to help have instilled in them that there is no one for them anyway, sometimes it becomes necessary to do so. For the record, I really love life.

The government treats me just like the occupants in Tskhinvali treated Genadi Bestaevi. They waited for his symptoms to worsen, and first he became disabled, and then they brought him back to Gori practically dead" - Mikheil Saakashvili wrote.
