Ukraine officially severed diplomatic relations with Russia

Ukraine has officially severed diplomatic relations with Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement to this effect.

He also said that he would give arms to anyone who had the desire and opportunity to fight.

Additionally, Zelensky called on Ukrainian citizens, especially veterans who have the strength, to help the military. He said that everyone should support the army because it fights with heroism.

He also appealed to Russian citizens who have still feel shame to take to the streets of Russia to protest against the war on Ukraine.
