I appeal to every citizen who has the power to defend Ukraine to enlist, we must all defend the homeland - Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addresses Ukrainian citizens, especially veterans who have the power to serve in the Armed Forces. He said that the army should be supported by everyone because it fights valiantly.

Zelensky also appeals to Russian citizens who have not yet lost their honour to take to the streets of Russia and protest against the war on Ukraine.

"I appeal to all citizens and journalists in Ukraine to spread the word about how heroically our fighters are fighting. Support them. The army is asking for support from our citizens. They are heroes and fiercely oppose the enemy. The enemy has caused serious damage both in Donbas and Luhansk and in various regions. This damage will increase even more. Ukraine is facing serious challenges today. We must all defend the homeland. I appeal to all citizens who have the power to defend Ukraine to report. Especially veterans. Our wounded need blood so please, become donors. Be ready for anything and do whatever it takes to defend the homeland.

The right of Ukrainians to live on their land is inviolable. Russia has cowardly attacked us early in the morning. Russia is on the path of evil. We will fight to the end. I call on Russian citizens and people who have not yet lost honor to take to the streets of Russia and protest the actions of your government, the war against Ukraine," Zelenskyy said.
