I understand that no steps have been taken - Erdogan is calling on NATO to take serious action

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said the time for Western partners' "expressions of concern" to suffice has passed and NATO must now take a firm and serious stance.
"The EU and the West are not taking a serious and firm stance. Instead, they are constantly giving advice to Ukraine. This will not lead to any results. When I look at the steps taken, I realise that no steps have been taken. It should not just be a matter of concern and condemnation: now NATO needs to take more serious steps,'" Erdoğan said.
