A recording of a telephone conversation between Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder of Georgian Dream, and Vladimir Yevtushenko, a Russian oligarch, has been spread on social media on behalf of Cybercamara.
According to the post, the Russian oligarch is wishing Bidzina Ivanishvili a happy birthday and promises to come to Georgia.
" Borya Dear, I couldn't help wishing you a happy birthday, I love you very much. As promised, I will come in spring and see what you are building. Don't forget that you have a good friend in my person," the words are heard in the video.
