"The Russians have made a childish provocation about laying down arms. I can only suggest surrender, laying down of arms and a return home to the Russian army. We are at home, defending our homeland and our families. We are not going to lay down our arms until victory".

Says Volodymyr Zelensky in a short video message. He was reacting to a hacking attack on Ukraine 24 in which the invaders wrote live on air that the president was calling on the military to lay down arms and surrender.
