Two Georgian soldiers, David Ratiani and Gia Beriashvili fell during the clash at Irpen. They were former members of the Georgian Special Forces who had volunteered to fight in Ukraine.
Another Georgian soldier as well as a French volunteer were wounded.
Fighting in the area is still going on. The Georgian military is conducting a special operation to remove the bodies of the dead.
"Yesterday in the battle in Irpen, in which our unit participated, we destroyed three units of orcish armored vehicles and associated manpower. On the way out of the operation the orcs opened fire on us with mortars. Two of our brothers, our Georgian fighters Davit Ratiani and Gia Beriashvili, were killed," - said the leader of the anti occupation movement.
