Mamuka Mdinaradze, executive secretary of the Georgian Dream, says no foreign policy initiatives made by the opposition will be discussed. He held a briefing on this topic today and said that the "war party" is starting to actualize topics hostile for Georgia in this situation in the last days.
According to Mdinaradze, on March 17 Mikheil Saakashvili mentioned this topic, after which the media needed internal propaganda to raise the issue five days later.
"In this situation actualization of such topics is not only pouring water on the mill of the enemy but it is a direct hostility towards Georgia. Therefore, based on the treacherous and anti-state actions of the war party we decided not to consider any initiative of the war party or its subdivisions. It is unthinkable to discuss the content of the issues initiated by the people waging hybrid information warfare against their own country," said Mdinaradze.
According to Mdinaradze, this decision is vital today in terms of ensuring peace in Georgia and national interests.
