Strasbourg court declares Mikheil Saakashvili's claim admissible

According to Justice Minister Rati Bregadze, the case of Saakashvili in the Strasbourg Court is moving to the substantive stage of consideration. He said the government's arguments before the International Court of Justice are convincing.

"Regarding the Saakashvili v Georgia case, it is moving to the substantive stage of consideration. Georgia's arguments in this case are very strong, and of course we will be able to make final comments after the hearing of the case is over. 

As for the decision and its subsequent publication, of course we have no information about it, there is no strict deadline, the decision will be made by the court and after the case has been decided, we will comment on it afterwards," said Rati Bregadze.
