The National Movement demands the removal of a majoritarian candidate from the Georgian Dream in Batumi. The party has filed a lawsuit in the city court.
"The National Movement" today published a list of voters registered in Batumi's 4th electoral district. The party says these people voted in previous elections in Lanchkhuti, Adigeni, Kareli, Dedoplistskaro and other cities in Georgia.
According to the opposition party, Georgian Dream promised these people some help in exchange for voting, including the so-called "Dream City" apartment transfer. The National Movement says they have documents to back up what they will present in court.
Recall that the by-election will be held on April 2.
