Ambassador appointment scandal - "Dream" threatens Zurabishvili with disclosure of communications

"Georgian Dream" accuses Salome Zurabishvili on ambassadorial appointments and claims that the president has blocked government-appointed ambassadors.

Legal Affairs Committee Chairman Anri Okhanashvili does not rule out the possibility of publishing internal communications confirming that Salome Zurabishvili refuses to approve diplomats nominated by the ruling party.

"The truth is in the communication, which is documented, and if now it comes to the fact that this document should be made public, I do not rule out that this document will be made public," said Anri Ohanashvili.

We should remind that yesterday it was reported with reference to the Presidential Administration of Georgia that last year the President signed all the candidates to the post of Ambassadors, but the Georgian government denies this.
