"Punished" and "oppressed" Ukraine - Papuashvili "fully shares" the sentiment of Garibashvili

I fully share this sentiment with what the Prime Minister said - Garibashvili's view that Ukraine is "oppressed" and "punished," is fully supported by his parliamentary speaker, Shalva Papuashvili. Papuashvili recalls in 2008 and said:

"Just as in 2008 it was an attempt to punish Georgia, so now it is an attempt to punish Ukraine. The point is that the international community must not allow this to happen.

The authors of these comparisons don't even know what patriotism is. They have been digging the grave for their country and government for over a month now," Papuashvili said.

Asked whether the country will be in mourning for the tragedy in Bucha, Papuashvili said: "Every day of the war is a day of mourning."

"I was saying that if anyone is being oppressed and punished by war, it is Ukraine," Garibashvili said yesterday about Ukraine, referring to Russian aggression.
