Giorgi Gabunia will be protected by the State Security - after consulting with lawyers, the journalist accepted the offer of the prosecutor's office and agreed that along with his bodyguards, the representatives of the state security would take care of his safety.
Giorgi Gabunia's lawyer will coordinate the details with the prosecutor's office. Yesterday the journalist of "Mtavari Channel" received an offer in Tbilisi City Court, where he was questioned in the presence of the Magister Judge in connection with the preparation of a contract killing.
There was talk of this protection. From that moment on, I was forbidden to talk about it at all. I can't tell you anything. It is completely confidential and I received a warning not to comment at all, - says Gabunia.
