Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition is deteriorating... there is a danger that it will lead to a very dangerous result," Shota Tutberidze, the lawyer of the third president, said after he left the 12th penitentiary in Rustavi.

"The state has not taken any measures to significantly change Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition. Consequently, he cannot and will not receive adequate medical care and services that cannot be provided in this institution.
This has been repeatedly pointed out by many professional medical experts. Therefore, it can be said that his health condition has been deteriorating daily for the last several months and unfortunately, there is a danger that this will lead to a very perilous result," Shota Tutberidze said.

According to the lawyer, despite his grave state of health, the third president is going to attend the next trial in Tbilisi City Court.
