"Don't make me explain..." - the judge's decision on the motions of Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyers

Judge Nino Chakhnashvili partially granted the petition of the lawyers of the third president. The judge instructed the head of the penitentiary to provide appropriate medical care to Mikheil Saakashvili, but rejected the lawyers' motion to question the doctors in court and allow them to enter the colony.

"The court obliges the director of the special penitentiary service to provide proper, adequate medical care to Mikheil Saakashvili," the judge said.

Lawyer Nika Gvaramia reminded her that the court had issued such a ruling 3 times already, but the data did not change.

The judge replied that the Penitentiary Service is obliged to ensure Mikheil Saakashvili's health, and the court asked the agency for more information about the measures to be taken.

In addition, Nino Chakhnashvili rejected the second request to initiate an investigation.
