Archil Talakvadze responded to Mikheil Saakashvili's statement made in court. In response, Talakvadze wrote on Facebook "Achievements of the war party" and recalled the "9 years:

"Our hero soldiers abandoned by you in the war; Population left without evacuation; In Gori, young reservists were brought together to one building that had survived the bombing due to sheer luck; Theft of defense funds; Large-scale robbery of the Tbilisi budget; Businessmen brought to the prosecutor's office at night, who "donated" all of their property to the state; Arrests of journalists, TV raids, and, finally, the arrest of "antennae." Thousands of records of people's personal lives and blackmail; Repeatedly rigged elections; 140-144 prisoners dead each year due to torture, inhumane treatment and restricted treatment; Kidnapped and shot civilians found drowned at sea; Thousands of lawsuits filed in Strasbourg court and cases lost by the state; Strategic facilities sold to Russia; Political and media attacks on our strategic partners and ambassadors accusing them of unprecedented impudence - these, in short, are the "achievements" of the war party.They say they are the party of protection and salvation of the country?!", writes Talakvadze.
