"Mikheil Saakashvili cannot survive without the help of the international and Georgian community... all this is impossible to watch"| Nika Gvaramia

Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition is critical, Nika Gvaramia, the lawyer of Georgia's third president, made this statement.

After a meeting with Mikheil Saakashvili in the Rustavi 12th penitentiary, Nika Gvaramia says that the government must take drastic measures, otherwise the outcome could be deplorable.

"Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition has deteriorated, it is impossible for me personally, not only as a lawyer, to watch all this. I urge everyone to be prudent and do everything that will save the man's life. When i say everything, i do mean everything. Mikheil Saakashvili cannot survive without the resolution of the situation from the outside (by outside I mean both the international community and the Georgian community outside of prison).

I ask for his survival, there has been a conversation about this for a long time and it has to be decided by doctors. Here, under these circumstances, this man cannot survive. In my understanding, the understanding of Christianity and in general of all religions serving the good, is that human life is of great value.

Unfortunately, the Georgian Patriarchate (I mean the Patriarchate, the administration, not the Georgian Church) is not an organization that preaches goodness. This is Russia's 5th column, of which I am absolutely certain as of today, including the facts they dont speak about Ukraine. Or the matter of autocephaly. This includes the autocephaly of Ukraine and Mikheil Saakashvili being Putin's personal prisoner," Nika Gvaramia said.

For the record, at yesterday's court hearing, Mikheil Saakashvili became ill and required medical attention. Doctors and specialists, as well as lawyers and relatives say that he must be taken abroad to an appropriate clinic.
