I welcome electoral reform - Andrius Kubilius responds to constitutional changes

Member of the European Parliament from Lithuania, Andrius Kubilius welcomes the constitutional changes in Georgia. Kubilius made an announcement on his Twitter page and expressed hope that the 8 March agreement would be fully implemented.

I welcome the first reading of the electoral reform in Georgia and the acceptance by 136 votes. I hope that the March 8 agreement will be fully implemented and all opposition parties will have the opportunity to participate in the next hearings. This is a way to strengthen democracy in Georgia without political prisoners," writes Kubilius.
