UNM demands the recognition of genocide in Ukraine from the parliament and registers resolution

The National Movement demands the recognition of the genocide in Ukraine by Russia and will register a corresponding resolution in the Parliament of Georgia. This was announced by the chairman of the largest opposition party at a special briefing. According to Nika Melia, it will show what the "Dream" saw in Bucha and what side the ruling party takes:

"Today the National Movement is registering a resolution in parliament recognizing the genocide in Ukraine. This should be another litmus test for Bidzina Ivanishvili, for Shalva Papuashvili too, it will naturally not be a process of legal clarification. It will be a political assessment - either yes or no. Either the Georgian Dream was convinced with wht they saw im Bucha saw genocide, or they all deny it, either they stand on the side of the Yevtushenkovs, or on the side of the rest of the free world. The choice is on the Georgian Dream, we will register the resolution today," Melia said.

Recall that despite the fact that the Georgian Dream delegation saw with their own eyes what Russia did in Bucha, they still do not mention the word genocide and limit themselves to the term "war crimes."
