Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition is critical, he needs to be taken abroad for treatment urgently - lawyers of the third president and leaders of the "National Movement" meet with representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Georgia. The meeting is being held at the UNM office.

Human rights activists and opposition representatives say that Mikheil Saakashvili's transfer should be carried out with the involvement of international partners.

"Naturally, we will provide information about Mikheil Saakashvili's state of health to the representatives of the diplomatic corps. We will also talk about the facts of violation of his fundamental rights and our goal is to have an adequate reaction to these violations, including on behalf of the diplomatic corps. Unfortunately, when there are no institutions in this country and Mikheil Saakashvili is just a political prisoner, the activities of our Western friends take on a special significance," Sadzaglishvili said.
