Existing symptoms are expected to worsen instead of new symptoms developing in the future - Doctor of Mikheil Saakashvili

Thermoregulatory disorder, fever and high blood pressure - the state of health of the third president of the country is extremely severe. Every day new symptoms are added to Mikheil Saakashvili's illness, but Bregadze's office isolates him from doctors.

The doctors who were members of the alternative commission were not allowed into the prison cell yesterday. The doctors waited for several hours to see the patient, but left the Rustavi prison without getting an answer to the question - why are they not allowing them to conduct vital examinations on Mikheil Saakashvili.

"The diagnoses that were given to Mr. President about five months ago are worsening and acquiring new manifestations, which leads to the irreversibility of the process. Yesterday's new symptoms reported by Mr. Gvaramia, a thermoregulatory disorder, is further evidence that the structures of the brain are involved in the process. That's not good. Instead of new symptoms in the future, existing ones are expected to become even more severe. Aggravation means that the pressure starts to fluctuate more, the temperature starts to fluctuate, sweating increases, vomiting and possibly a change in the level of consciousness," said neurologist Otar Toidze.

Doctor Lali Javashvili also spoke about the health condition of the third president. Like her colleagues, she says the patient needs to be taken urgently to an appropriate medical facility.

"There are completely new symptoms that have appeared. It is a decrease in the feeling of heat, temperature. In addition, the fact that he can no longer drink water makes him even more exhausted because of it. He can no longer stand for long, lies down and can only move around on a stretcher or in a wheelchair. The patient is getting worse, he is needs of even more urgent therapy, and the sooner we get him to the clinic and start therapy, the sooner we will save his life," Lali Javashvili said.
