The health condition of the third president is still grave. According to doctors, the signs of intoxication that Mikhail Saakashvili is experiencing are noticeable and require timely treatment.

The doctors who are members of the Alternative Council are asking for admission to the third president and the right to taste him. The panel believes the government needs to make a quick political decision and send the third president overseas for treatment.

"Today we are witnessing suffering and torture. We are already wondering intensely whether the intoxication here is not natural, but instead from an outside source. We don't know if he has food intake, so we have been asking for 5 months to give us his medical history, let us visit the patient, because his nausea does not quite fit with anorexia," says neurologist Otar Toidze.

According to experts, the forensic medical report should be an objective basis for the court to postpone Mikheil Saakashvili's sentence, allowing him to receive proper treatment.
