Mikheil Saakashvili's transfer to Viva Med - the third president has 5 conditions

The third president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili responded to Bregadze's statement. He names specific conditions under which he will agree to move to Viva Med. The statement was read by his lawyer Nika Gvaramia after he left the Rustavi prison.

To Georgia's Justice Minister and Director of the Prison Service;

Due to my extremely poor health and I consider it incompatible with my vital signs, I agree to go to Viva Med Clinic for examinations, emergency medical care and treatment on the following conditions:
To have continuous access to my family members, my personal physician, Nika Kipshidze, and members of the Alternative Commission from the Empathy Center, which is defined by law and which I have so far been illegally denied;
To have access during the working hours of legal persons, lawyers and MPs;
At every examination, diagnosis, prescription, and further stages of treatment or fact of recovery, the participation of the Empathy Center and, with their consent, the participation of members of the Public Defender Council;

As soon as I get answers to these questions, I will be ready to go to Viva Med right away; Please make a decision on these issues with the involvement of my family members and lawyers," Mikhail Saakashvili wrote.
