Kobakhidze does not rule out that Credit Suisse is not paying money to Ivanishvili as a result of "concerted efforts"

Chairman of the "Dream" party Kobakhidze does not rule out that the non-payment of money by the Swiss bank to Bidzina Ivanishvili may be the result of "coordinated efforts" aimed at dragging Georgia into a war.

Kobakhidze agreed with Khatuna Khoperia's views and said:

"I have seen the statement and I believe that these issues are legitimate and not baseless. We see some coordination, and the kind of cooperation that raises logical questions.

The statements by the Ukrainian authorities, which were a shock to us, were incomprehensible, high degree coordination. We remember the President of Ukraine's illogical decision to recall the ambassador, and here, too, there seemed to be coordination, there were other cases, illogical events. Yevtushenkov's call is also incomprehensible - the man is not under sanctions, he must have a reason, he makes the call and then this call is the monthly theme of the UNM aligned TV channels. A made-up topic with an incomprehensible call is also indicative of communication.

Add to that the fact that the Swiss banking system has enjoyed a high degree of reliability for decades, and when a bank in such a system delays a transfer by one month, it raises additional questions.

I don't know what could be the reason for this, if someone has such an attempt to bring Bidzina Ivanishvili back into Georgian politics against his will, to drag the country into a war, I find it at least unacceptable and wrong. If someone makes such an attempt, it means he does not know Bidzina Ivanishvili well," Kobakhidze said.

For reference, Khatuna Khoperia reacted to Ivanishvili's delayed transfers by a social media post, and in her opinion, only the U.S. has the resources to suspend the Swiss bank's operations.

It should be reminded that Ivanishvili is going to sue Credit Suisse for the second time and plans to speak about the details of the dispute at international press conferences.
