After the court ruling, Nika Gvaramia, CEO of the Mtavari Channel, posted a short statement on Facebook:

Everything is going to be okay," Nika Gvaramia wrote, sentenced a few minutes ago by a judge to 3 years and 6 months in prison.

Nika Gvaramia was arrested in the courtroom.
