Mikheil Saakashvili's mother Giuli Alasania reacted to the statement of the Georgian Dream chairman Irakli Kobakhidze about transferring the third president abroad.

According to Giuli Alasania, Irakli Kobakhidze's goal is to somehow get rid of Mikheil Saakashvili.

"His statement doesn't mean much to me, the court in our country is independent is it not? It seems that we have different goals, my goal is to save my son's life, and his goal seems to be categorically to get rid of him, that's the difference," Giuli Alasania said.

Regarding the entry of independent experts into the clinic, Giuli Alasania said that the fact that the penitentiary service has not yet issued a verdict is a violation of the law.
