The lawyers of the third president were handed the court ruling - Empathy experts will visit Mikheil Saakashvili today

On the sixth day after the publication, the lawyers of the third president of Georgia received the court decision according to which the experts of the Center "Empathy" are allowed to visit Mikheil Saakashvili and conduct an examination.

The execution of the verdict was the responsibility of the Penitentiary Service. Lawyer Shota Tutberidze said that Minister Rati Bregadze's apparatus was purposefully delaying the enforcement through bureaucratic procedures.

For reference, Judge Nino Chakhnashvili granted the motion for the admission of Mikheil Saakashvili on May 25.

It is expected that the doctors who are members of the "Empathy" board will visit Mikheil Saakashvili today.
