Nika Gvaramia responds to the June 20 rally and thanks the organizers, ordinary citizens who came to Rustaveli Avenue, opposition parties, the civil sector and in a letter that came out of jail, writes that the struggle must continue until the final victory of the Georgian people :
"Yesterday was fantastic and encouraging! Personally, I have never seen so many people at Rustaveli. Both friend and foe saw that Georgian people are not dead and do not sleep! Most importantly, we saw it and believed in our strength! It is exactly days like these that determines the countries fate and its better future! From an ordinary Georgian patriot, many thanks to all the organizers of the rally, first of all to the "Shame" movement and everyone else who contributed even a little to the organization of the rally. Together they were able and unmistakable in this difficult way and ensured a historic day yesterday. From the average Georgian patriot, many thanks to the Georgian critical media, which were fully involved in the rally's information campaign and its full coverage. This confirms the importance of the role of the pro-Western media in the country's journey toward Western integration.
From the average Georgian patriot, many thanks to the civil sector, whose tireless and dedicated work is the most important and perhaps decisive prerequisite for the western path and survival of the country.
From the average Georgian patriot, thank you to the opposition for standing above partisan interests and showing the Georgian people and the world that they can unite with each other and society for a great cause, and that the notorious polarization is only the choice of the Georgian Dream.
And most importantly, from an ordinary Georgian patriot, thank you to everyone who came to the rally, including members of my family. Thank you for the clearly stated national goal and historic mission of going home to Europe! Thank you for the clearly stated willingness to continue the fight to the end, to the final victory of the Georgian people!
Glory to the nation!
Georgia without Ivanishvili!" - Niki Gvaramia's address reads.
