"Carl Bildt's wife company has taken millions from the budget, today Mr. Carl Bildt is coming out and preaching to us," Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili said in a speech to parliament.

Gharibashvili referred to the Western partners as "lobbyists bought from the budget" of the opposition and said that he had facts, surnames and names.
