Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili declares that the government will "honestly fulfill" all the conditions set by the European Commission, including de-oligarchization.
According to Garibashvili, first of all consultations will be held in Brussels in order to get more clarifications on this issue.
He also said that deoligarchization in Georgia "is not really a problem."
"When I said that we will fulfill all the promises we made, I mean that and we state with full responsibility. The issue you mentioned is de-oligarchization - we will certainly consult with Brussels to get more specifics and clarification on what the expectations are, how to implement this law. We have been told that Ukraine has passed a similar law, but it has been noted that it is not perfect, and so on. We're going to go deeper into that. As you know, this condition has been identified in all three countries, and you know very well that this is not a problem in our country. But we will fulfill this promise with the same responsibility as the others, except for the first one [depolarization]," Irakli Garibashvili said.
As for depolarization, he said, the ruling team will not be able to solve the issue without the opposition.
