Drunken members of "Alt-Info" party attacked "TV Monitoring" camera crew in Kareli

Drunken members and supporters of the violent and pro-Russian "Alt-Info" party attacked the filming crew of "TV Monitoring". The Shida Kartli TV company itself released the information about the fact.
The incident happened in the municipality of Kareli, when journalist Shotiko Sadaghashvili and cameraman Tornike Gelitashvili were carrying out their journalistic activities in the vicinity of the swimming pool.
As TV Monitoring journalist Shotiko Sadaghashvili told the "Mtavari Channel", the radicals physically and verbally insulted them and tried to break the equipment. In addition, the violent group demanded an answer from the media representatives as to why their television had a western course.
"We were attacked by drunk alt-info supporters. There were three of them. They would be up to 60 years old. They asked us to stop our activities, and when we did not comply with their request, they resorted to verbal and physical confrontation. They cursed us and called us horrible words. They also tried to take away the equipment," says the journalist.
