Nika Gvaramia, CEO of "Mtavari Channel", says that he does not think the idea of a technical government is right and he thinks it is impossible to implement. He spoke on this topic in an interview given to "TV Pirveli" and noted that we should speak simply and clearly, with actions inside and sanctions outside.

"I will honestly tell you that here I believe that we are sinning, because we cannot create too much comfort, in any situation, we have to ask critical questions, for example, I do not think it is correct to have a transitional or technical government, I think this is an unrealizable idea. At the same time, 12 The clause that we are talking about, none of the clauses are practically the responsibility of the government. The question is, what is the purpose of this idea of theirs, I am not saying that this idea is bad, but it is wrong, and it is a very vulnerable idea, because everything that is related to positions, names and surnames, it is vulnerable to Bidzina Ivanishvili's propaganda and it is vulnerable to the people, because other feelings arise. We must speak simply and clearly, with sanctions from the outside and action from the inside, to achieve early elections with the CEC, which will be impartial, with the composition of the court, which will make objective decisions  and with the depoliticization the prosecutor", says Nika Gvaramia.

In the same interview, Nika Gvaramia says that we should talk to "Georgian Dream" along with actions and sanctions:

"At the same time, there should be actions and sanctions, of course, that is, there should also be coercion mechanisms, but we should also talk to them, we should give them a chance to save face, so to speak, what do I mean by saving face? if we threaten them with destruction if they don't act, they might, but it will cost us very dearly." says Nika Gvaramia.
