Shalva Khachapuridze assumes that after the "Empathy" report is made public the other party will carry out the examination and the court decision will be biased - it is wrong with the "Empathy" data. According to the lawyer, having a third authoritative opinion becomes necessary for greater plausibility and credibility.

"The research carried out in Samkharauli will be biased, and it will deviate from our findings. So for a judge to make a decision, then, there has to be a third, authoritative party. We are negotiating with expert institutions located in NATO member countries. We will not allow the other side, in this case penitentiary, not the prosecutors office to take advantage of any conclusion, to make a wrong conclusion and so on," the lawyer says.
