"It will be a distortion of the facts and trampling underfoot if someone says that Georgian justice has not made much progress since 2013 until today. Of course, challenges remain, and when it comes to challenges, we have identified challenges in this document. These are: compliance with procedural deadlines, so that our citizens receive speedy justice; Overcrowding of the court, further improvement of the quality of justification of the court's decisions - these are the issues we need to work on."
