The opposition is starting to collect signatures demanding the appointment of an extraordinary session. Opponents of the government think that by the end of the week they will be able to get the consent of 38 deputies, after which they will send the document to the President of Georgia. In the end, Salome Zurabishvili should make the decision.

The opposition demands to hold an extraordinary session, where the issues that, in their opinion, ensure the fast fulfillment of the requirements of the European Union should be discussed.

At the same time, the non-governmental sector is asking the Georgian Dream to be included in the working groups for the implementation of the recommendations of the European Commission, the relevant application should be sent to the chairman of the parliament.
