The main thing is to stop the cold war inside the country and direct anger not at each other, but at the conqueror - Mikheil Saakashvili

Published:

The third president, Mikheil Saakashvili, publishes another letter, where he talks about the hybrid war waged by Russia against Georgia.

As mentioned in the letter, in the current situation, it is most important for the citizens to stop the "cold war" within the country and direct their anger not at each other, but at the invader:

When we say that a "hybrid war" is being waged against Georgia, we should understand what it means.

  1. They leave an impression citizens that nothing depends on them. What should I do? What depends on me? What's the point of taking to streets?
  2. Our fate is not being decided here anyway. There are other world centers and conspiracies are being prepared there against Georgia.
  3. We are reminded every day that democracy is against our traditional, conservative values. (Whoever goes to the rally is stateless, godless, etc.)
  4. They shock the people with the Russian methods, Like the drowned Rapaliantsi and so called crucified 3 year old boy in Sloviansk.
  5. There are constant attacks on culture. Because mentality is developed more by culture than media news.
  6. instead of focusing on today, there's an effort to divert attention to other topics like King Erekle and Gareji.

"Now a few words about the Russians who entered Georgia.

  1.  Most of these Russians also believe that nothing depends on them, they have nothing to do with anything, and that they should not be bothered by guild, for example, for Abkhazia or Tskhinvali.
  2. They consider Georgians to be secondary creatures, service personnel, undeveloped people who dont they shouldn't care about.

What should we do? The main thing is to stop the cold war inside the country and direct anger not at each other, but at the conqueror. Let us constantly remind the visitors that they are individually responsible for the occupation and the oppression of Georgians. And the most important thing is to think, don't be afraid to express our opinion out loud - this is our main survival," writes Saakashvili .
