The Center for Empathy cites additional research at the Vivamed clinic as the reason for the delay in publishing the report on the third president's health.

It turns out that last week, after a seven-month delay, the country's third president underwent the procedure described by the Center for Empathy when Mikheil Saakashvili was in the Gori military hospital. Now experts are awaiting the results of those tests.

"When our conclusion was almost ready I do not know what happened in the clinical picture, something alarmed the clinical management and he was immediately taken away and he was reexamined in Todua center in this direction. it turns out that it was much worse than in March and no treatment could be seen in this report, those months were lost. Vivamed also realized it, they had to conduct several more studies because of information received from the study, we are now waiting for those answers," Lali Javashvili said.

It's also become known that foreign specialists are involved in the preparation of a medical report on Mikheil Saakashvili. In a few days one of the most experienced and influential expert groups will arrive in Georgia to get acquainted with Mikheil Saakashvili's situation personally.

"The arrival of American specialists depends on the fact that the association of doctors must first give their consent. Examine their diplomas and certificates, and then we will contact the Ministry of Health. As a rule, if nobody interferes, it is all 2-3 days procedure," Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer Shalva Khachapuridze said.
