Droa leader Elene Khoshtaria says there won't be a single Ukrainian left on the street. He calls on the community, businesses, and anyone with money to support displaced people in Georgia.
"Today our government kicked people out of hotels and houses. A program that lasted several months where people could just live and eat. This is unheard of in wartime, this is a hostile move and a Pro-Russian move on the part of our government and it is a disgrace to our country. I am not going to ask the government for anything, I have had a number of reports and unfortunately resources are exhausted by the government to do anything, if not, they can act now. So I call on the public, business and people who can wash away this disgrace off our country - to stand up for the Ukrainians who are left on the streets," said Elene Khoshtaria.
According to her, there are about a thousand families left in the country. Khoshtaria says by the end of the day they will have a full picture of how many people are asking for shelter and food.
"We, I declare with all responsibility, will not leave a single Ukrainian on the street, we will distribute to offices, homes, everywhere, and we urge you to participate in all this," she said.
